3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, xx999b will require you to complete our KYC identity verification process. Acceptable documents for verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity (NID) card, a Bangladesh passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. In addition, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months) may be requested. xx999b may also require proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number).

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

11.2 Suspension or Closure by xx999b

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. xx999b will notify you via your registered email address before applying a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to the dormant account balance. Should the account balance reach zero, the account may be closed. Reactivation of a dormant account is possible by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Amendments & Governing Law
